Cancellation Policy

Ready-made items: you can cancel any order before it is dispatched — free of charge — from your account, the tracking page, or by contacting us. Once an order is handed to the courier it can no longer be cancelled; use the return process after delivery instead.

COD orders: an unconfirmed COD order auto-cancels if not confirmed within 48 hours. Prepaid cancellations before dispatch are refunded in full to the original payment method.

Custom / made-to-order (S7) items cannot be cancelled once production has started — this is shown and confirmed at the point of approval, because the work begins specifically for you.
