Cancellation Policy

1. Retail Order Cancellation Window

You can cancel your retail order free of charge, provided it has not yet been processed or dispatched by our fulfillment team. Once an order is marked as "Shipped" and an AWB tracking number has been generated, it can no longer be cancelled.

  • Unprocessed Orders: Log into your account and click "Cancel Order" on your Dashboard.
  • Processing Orders: You must urgently contact our support team at +91 99999 99999 or via WhatsApp to request a cancellation.

2. Custom & Bulk Order Cancellations

Due to the specialized nature of Custom and Bulk Orders, different cancellation rules apply:

  • Before Production Begins: If you cancel before any custom printing or manufacturing has commenced, you will receive a full refund of your advance payment.
  • During Production: Once the factory has begun fulfilling your custom order, cancellations are strictly NOT PERMITTED. Any advance deposits will be forfeited, and you may be liable for the remaining balance.

3. Refund for Cancellations

If your order is successfully cancelled before dispatch:

  • Prepaid Online Orders: The refund will be initiated immediately. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your source account (Credit Card, UPI, etc.).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: No refund is necessary since no payments were collected. The order will simply be voided.

4. Non-cancellable Orders

Shree Shyam Sudhama Nishan Bhandar reserves the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if the product ordered becomes suddenly unavailable due to inventory mismatches. In such rare events, 100% of the payment will be refunded to you with an explanation.
