Last Updated: February 2026

1. Shipping Methods & General Rules

We are delighted to bring the blessings of Khatu Shyam Ji directly to your doorstep. We strive to provide fast and secure PAN-India delivery options.

  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days.
  • Express Delivery: 2-3 business days (Available soon).
  • Store Pickup: Pick up directly from our Reengus (Rajasthan) store with advance notice. (FREE)

2. Processing Time

All standard retail orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on public holidays or Sundays. For Custom or Bulk Orders, dispatch time is communicated during the quote approval phase, typically taking 7-14 business days depending on the volume and customization required.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout dynamically through our logistics partner (Shiprocket). We offer Free Delivery on all retail orders above ₹500 across India.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and SMS/WhatsApp Notification once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) (AWB). The tracking link will be active within 24 hours. You can directly track your order via the Track Order page.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Shree Shyam Sudhama Nishan Bhandar is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order (applicable only for international shipping). All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). For domestic orders in India, prices are inclusive of GST. Re-routing or changing the address while the package is "In-Transit" is heavily discouraged and may incur additional charges.

6. Damages or Lost Shipments

If you received your order damaged, or the package was confirmed lost in transit, please contact us immediately or within 24-48 hours of expected delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as we will require photo evidence for the couriers' NDR (Non-Delivery Report) process.
